Calcium silicate board is also known as microporous calcium silicate board, which is a kind of insulation material that composed of siliceous material (mainly diatomite and diatomite contains SiO2 the lightest a raw materials, as well as the amorphous SiO2, also can use quartz powder, silica fume, siliceous shale, fly ash, bentonite, etc.), calcium material (ingredient is CaO, such as lime, calcium carbide sludge, cement, etc.), the increased fiber materials (such as non-alkali glass fiber, alkali resistant cotton, pure water magnesium stone fiber, etc.), additives (such as water glass, calcium silicon powder, SiO2 superfine powder, polyacrylamide, etc.) and so on according to certain proportion, made by a series of processes such as stirring, gelation, hydro-thermal synthesis, molding and drying. Calcium silicate board is kind of excellent insulation material with the characteristics of good insulation, high refractoriness and high strength. The main crystalline phase in calcium silicate plate is hydrated calcium silicate.
It is a kind of white and hard insulation material, with characteristics of light weight, high strength, low thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, can be cut and saw, etc. It is widely used for heat, fire and sound insulation of equipment pipelines, wall and roof in electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, construction, ship and other fields.
According to the highest service temperature of the material, Calcium silicate board is divided into Ⅰ type (650 ℃) and type Ⅱ (1000 ℃); According to the reinforced fiber, Calcium silicate board is divided into asbestos and no-asbestos; According to the density of product, Calcium silicate board is divided into 270, 240, 220, 170 and 140 type.
